HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Tina Marie Castelo, 39, of 3955 W. Skeels Rd., Montague, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for felonies of methamphetamine possession and narcotic/cocaine possession less than 25 grams. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: March 8 at 3 p.m.

Castelo

Clayton John Corbett, 40, of 215 S. State St., Hart, was arrested by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a felony of carrying a concealed weapon. Bail:

Misdemeanors

• Andrew Alan Cuddeback, 35, of 5150 E. Hightower Lake Rd., Hesperia; OCSO; second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: March 4 at 1:30 p.m. Cuddeback faces another charge of assault and battery stemming from an MSP arrest.\Colin Ray Bush, 36, of 260 Sessions Rd., Shelby; OCSO; driving without a cycle endorsement. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: March 4 at 1:30 p.m.
• Jason Garth Spoelhof, 23, of 8910 Warner Ave., Bitely, Michigan; OCSO; DWLS. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: March 11 at 11:30 a.m.
• Enrique Jesus Garza, 24, of 2320 W. Baseline Rd., Hart; HPD; third-degree retail fraud. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: March 18 at 11 a.m. Garza faces another charge of larceny less than $200 stemming from an OCSO arrest.
• Ty Joseph Davis, 23, of 403 Lincoln St., Hart; Pentwater Police Department (PPD); open intoxicants. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: March 4 at 10:30 a.m.
• Michael Lee Steffes, 52, of 5451 Deer Rd., Walkerville; Hesperia Police Department; second-offense DWLS, operating without insurance and unlawful license plates. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: March 4 at 10:15 a.m.
• Gregory Allen Miller, 58, of 702 S. Dryden St., Hart; MSP; DWLS. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: March 11 at 9 a.m.
• Daniel Arthur Smith, 35, of 7792 S. 80th Ave., Rothbury; OCSO; domestic violence. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: March 11 at 9 a.m.
• Mark Linford Rittenhouse, 57, of 8805 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia; Hesperia PD; OWI. Bail: $2,500/personal recognizance. Pretrial: March 11 at 9:30 a.m.
• Omar Frederico Cumplido-Garcia, 22, of 40 W. 2nd St., Shelby; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Feb. 22. Bail amount not listed,.
