78th District Court sentencings, Feb. 11, 2021.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
- Nicholas Lee Anscombe, 24, of 2501 N. Wilson Rd., Mears, was found guilty Feb. 8 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and $1,055 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
- Frederick Paul Boyden, 54, of 8782 Ruth Dr., Branch, was found guilty Feb. 8 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of second-offense DWLS was dismissed.
- Ted Eric Coffman, Jr., 57, of 8926 Hillcrest Dr., Zeeland, Michigan, was found guilty Jan. 27 of failure to wear a personal flotation device (PFD) on a personal watercraft and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. “May withdraw plea after 60 days if no new charges and fines and costs are paid in full,” his court file states.
- Jose Vazquez-Guilarro, 38, of 3603 W. Polk Rd., Hart, was found guilty Feb. 8 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for one day served and $450 in fines and costs.
- Lazaro Daniel Madrigal-Vasquez, 18, of 101 72nd Ave., Shelby, was found guilty Feb. 8 of disorderly person — jostling and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for 60 days served. One count of assault and battery was dismissed.
- Justin Michael Morrell, 34, of 3615 N. 72nd Ave., Hart, was found guilty Feb. 8 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served; AHSE; and $1,055 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.
- Marcus David Pierce, 30, of 3834 Melody Lane, Hart, was found guilty Feb. 8 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year suspended jail and $450 in fines and costs.
- Anaise Dolores Vasquez, 19, of 619 Woodlawn Crt., Hart, was found guilty Feb. 10 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.
