Rothbury man injured in 2-vehicle crash.

OTTO TOWNSHIP — A 75-year-old Rothbury man was transported by Life EMS to Mercy Health Partners in Muskegon for minor injuries following a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of East Skeels Road and South 116th Avenue Tuesday, Feb. 9, shortly after 3 p.m., according an Oceana County Sheriff’s Office accident report.

The man was westbound in a 2017 Ford F-150 pickup truck on East Skeels Road when he failed to stop for the stop sign, the accident report states. 

A northbound 2009 Saturn Vue driven by a 55-year-old Rothbury man struck the driver’s side of the pickup truck, states the report. The Saturn driver was not injured.

Both drivers were wearing seatbelts, according to the report.
