HART — The following were recently arraigned on misdemeanor charges in 78th District Court:

• Martin Wayne Lennox, 58, of 3058 W. Tahoe Trail, New Era; OCSO; second-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI). Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Feb. 25 at 11 a.m.
• Benjamin James Berrington, 34, of 11056 Summerbrook Court, Allendale; Pentwater Police Department (PPD); domestic violence. Bail: $2,500/personal recognizance. Pretrial: Feb. 4.
• Meredith Anne Cushman, 37, of 13 Mechanic St., Hart; State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT); larceny by conversion. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/ 10 percent. Pretrial: Feb. 25 at 11:15 a.m.
• Jakeb Tyler Schilz, 21, of 206 Pine St., Shelby; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); motor vehicle code — no dealer’s license. Bail: $500/surety. Pretrial: Feb. 4.
• Jeremy Allen Neely, 22, of 2464 Tyler St., Jenison, Michigan; Department of Natural Resources (DNR); driving while license suspended — snowmobile. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: Feb. 11 at 11:30 a.m.
• Vincent Edward Vanderlaan, 21, of 161 Baldwin St., Jenison, Michigan; DNR; snowmobile — improper attachment/registration number/decal. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: Feb. 4.
• Dale Edward Aho, 38, of 7839 S. 100th Ave., Rothbury; Michigan State Police (MSP); failure to report an accident. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: Feb. 18 at 1:45 p.m.
• Brandon Dean McCann, 29, of 9456 Oaklane Dr., Montague; MSP; DWLS. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: Feb. 18 at 9:15 a.m.
• Cody James Flowers, 37, of 1345 W. Polk Rd., Hart Police Department (HPD); failure to display a valid license. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: Feb. 4.
• Sidney B. Fuller, 58, of 3222 Minke St., Walkerville; HPD; operating without insurance. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: Feb. 18 at 9 a.m.
• Daniel Craig Palmer, 59, of 6011 Post Rd., Montague; OCSO; OWI. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Feb. 18 at 10 a.m.
• Ashley Jo Williams, 27, of 149 E. 5th St., Shelby; MSP; OWI. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Feb. 18 at 9:30 a.m.
• Victor Wayne Keith, 25, of 7561 Old Channel Trail, Montague; OCSO; OWI. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Feb. 25 at 1:30 p.m.
