78th District Court felony arraignments.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court on felony charges:

Sean W. Johnson, 35, of 2857 E. White Lake Dr., Twin Lake, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) on felony charges of analogues possession and LSD possession. Johnson also faces a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended (DWLS) in a separate case. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Feb. 16 at 3 p.m.
- Julian Lugo Reyna, 30, of 3908 Oceana Dr., Hart, was arrested by MSP for a felony of analogues possession. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Feb. 16 at 3
p.m.
- Tamarious Lamar Nelson, 26, of 40 W. Baseline Rd., Shelby, was arrested by OCSO for a
felony of fugitive from justice. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety. Extradition hearing: Feb. 8 at 1:30 p.m.
- Steven John Ervay, 59, of 310 Hawley St., Shelby, was arrested by the Shelby Police Department (SDP) for a felony of third-offense OWI and a misdemeanor of DWLS. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Feb. 16 at 3 p.m.
- Felix Zuniga-Cervantes, 19, of 1639 Francis Ave., SE, Grand Rapids, was arrested by SPD for a felony of carrying a concealed weapon and misdemeanor charges of possession of a firearm under the influence and OWI. Bail:
$1,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Feb. 16 at 3 p.m.
- Paul Madison Phillips, 35, of 6782 Deer Rd., Mears, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of breaking and entering with intent. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Feb. 22 at 3 p.m.
- Meredith Anne Cushman, 37, of 13 E. Mechanic St., Hart, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of breaking and entering with intent. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
Preliminary exam: Feb. 22 at 3 p.m.
- Jacob John Ingalls, 36, of 4900 148th Ave., Hesperia, was arrested by MSP on felony charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and felony firearm. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Review of competency exam: March 15 at 1:15 p.m.
- Susan Faye Freer, 42, of 1188 E. 4375 N., Buhl, Idaho, was arrested by HPD for a felony of fugitive from justice. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety. Extradition hearing was Jan. 26.
