78th District Court felony arraignments, Jan. 25, 2021.

HART — The following were arraigned on felony charges recently in 78th District Court:
– Bradley James Skofic, 43, of 3110 W. Tahoe Trail, New Era, was arrested by Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of third-degree home invasion. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam was Jan. 19.
– Terry Love Estes, 40, of 6104 S. Green St., Fremont, was arrested by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for a felony of kidnapping — custodial interference. Bail: $1,000/personal
recognizance. Preliminary exam: Feb. 1 at 3 p.m.
– Paul William Segers, 29, of 16095 Gary, Grand Haven, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of breaking and entering — illegal entry. Bail: $10,000/personal recognizance. Preliminary exam: Feb. 1 at 3 p.m. (Mugshot unavailable.)
– Cameron Scott Anderson, 27, of 830 Malta St., NE, Grand Rapids, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felonies of controlled substance delivery/manufacture of a narcotic/cocaine 50-224 grams and controlled substance delivery/manufacture of a schedule 1, 2, 3 drug. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Feb. 1 at 3 p.m. (Mugshot unavailable.)
– Daniel Balderas, 25, of 2895 136th Ave., Hart, was arrested by SSCENT for two felony counts of controlled substance delivery/manufacture of a narcotic/cocaine less than 50 grams. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Feb. 1 at 3 p.m.
– Brandon Scott Thrailkill, 27, of 13 N. Courtland St., Hart, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of unlawful use of a vehicle. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Jan. 25 at 3
p.m. Thrailkill also faces misdemeanor charges in two files of third-degree retail fraud stemming from an SPD arrest and driving while license suspended (DWLS) and operating without insurance stemming from a Hart Police Department (HPD) arrest.
