The following is recent activity of the Hart post of the Michigan State Police:

Friday, Jan. 8, 2021:

• 2:20 p.m., a 29-year-old Montague man was cited for driving while license suspended (DWLS), Polk Road at the US 31 off-ramp, Hart Township.
• 7:18 p.m., a 63-year-old Whitehall man was cited for open intoxicants, 192nd Avenue and Fish Road, Newfield Township.

Monday, Jan. 11, 2021:

• 12:30 p.m., a 38-year-old Rothbury man was cited for failure to report and accident and leaving the scene of an accident, Wesco convenience store, Village of Rothbury.
