HART — The following were sentenced recently in Oceana County’s 27th Circuit Court:

– Travis Scott Plotts, 27, of 10782 N. Bingham Ave., Bitely, Michigan, was found guilty by a jury Oct. 7 of two counts of fleeing and eluding

and one count of using a police radio/scanner/receiver in the commission of a felony and was sentenced Dec. 14 to nine months in jail with credit for 81 days served; two years probation; and $594 in fines and costs.

– Armando T. Gutierrez, 52, of 2880 W. Polk Rd., Hart, was found guilty Oct. 19 of third-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced Dec. 14 to 10 months in jail with credit for one day served; 18 months probation; and $913 in fines and costs. “Defendant is to report to the Oceana County Jail on Monday, Dec. 28, 2020 at 4 p.m. to

commence his sentence,” his court file states. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). Charges of second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) and open intoxicants were dismissed.

– Brittany Nicole Tanner, 28, of 300 N. 136th Ave., Hart, was found guilty Oct. 19 of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Dec. 14 to nine

months in jail with credit for 137 days served; two years probation; and $398 in fines and costs. One count of larceny in building was dismissed.

– Drew Edward Beatty, 23, of 542 Harrison, Belding, Michigan, was found guilty Oct. 19 of breaking and entering with intent and was sentenced Dec. 14 to three months in jail with credit for one day served, which will be held in

abeyance until Feb. 8, 2021; two years probation; $1,100 in restitution; and $398 in fines and costs. “Defendant is to report to the Ocean County Jail on Monday, Feb. 8, at 4 p.m. To commence his sentence,” his court file states.
