Hesperia woman charged with 4 felonies in connection to assault.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 78th District Court on felony charges:

Roth

– Nicole Christine Roth, 25, of 2660 Loop Rd., Hesperia, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) on felony charges of first-degree home invasion, assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, dangerous weapons — using a self-defense spray device and felonious assault and two misdemeanors of domestic violence and malicious destruction of property $200-$1,000. Preliminary exam: Dec. 28 at 3 p.m. Bail: $20,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Darin Colt Cunningham, 37, of 2265 S. 186th Ave., Hesperia, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: Dec. 28 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Joseph Michael Salak, 17, of 815 Logan St., SE, Grand Rapids, was arrested by OCSO on felony charges of fourth-degree fleeing a police officer in a vehicle and felony firearm. Preliminary exam: Dec. 28 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

– Jacob Zacharey Dempsey, 27, of 6522 Thimbleweed Lane, Rockford, Michigan, was arrested by OCSO on two felony counts of fourth-degree fleeing a police officer in a vehicle and misdemeanors
