HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Smith

– Corydon James Smith, 32, of 393 Elm St., Shelby, was arrested by the Michgian State Police (MSP) for a felony of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder and a misdemeanor of assault and battery. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Alltop

– Kelly Ray Alltop, 28, of 1158 E. Clock Rd., Hart, was arrested by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a felony of controlled substance possession — narcotic or cocaine less than 25 grams. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Dec. 21 at 3 p.m. Alltop also faces misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended (DWLS) in a separate file. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: Jan. 7 at 1:15 p.m.

Heddon

– Robert Allen Heddon, 52, of 5760 N. Woodbridge Rd., White Cloud, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) on felony charges of discharging a weapons/firearms in or at a building, malicious destruction of personal property $1,000-$20,000 and felony firearm. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Dec. 21 at 3 p.m.

Pulsipher

– Joseph Crus Pulsipher, 25, of 1464 N. 100th Ave., Hart was arrested by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) on two felony counts of assaulting/resisting/ obstructing police and misdemeanor of trespassing. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Dec. 14 at 3 p.m. Pulsipher also faces a misdemeanor charge in a separate case of receiving and concealing stolen property less than $200. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Pretrial: Dec. 17 at 11:30 a.m.

Steffes

– Amanda Lynn Steffes, 30, of 7308 160th Ave., Walkerville, was arrested by MSP for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Dec. 21 at 3 p.m. Steffes also faces misdemeanor charges of DWLS and operating without insurance in a separate case. Pretrial: Jan. 14 at 2 p.m.

– Kaytelyn Hazel-Keefer Carlson, 27, of 799 Montgomery Rd., South Boardman, Michigan, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of breaking and entering a building with intent. Bail: $1,000/personal recognizance. Preliminary exam: Dec. 21 at 3 p.m. (Mugshot unavailable.)
