78th District Court sentencings.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
– Ramon Fekken, 28, of 1969 Ray Rd., New Era, was found guilty Nov. 16 of assault and battery and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for seven days served and $500 in fines and costs. One count of indecent exposure was dismissed.
– Stephan Lloyd Brown, 47, of 5782 N. Bryant Dr., Pentwater, was found guilty Nov. 17 of failure to report an accident and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail and $400 in fines and costs.
– Kristen Jayne Packer, 38, of 2770 W. Skeels Rd., Montague, was found guilty Nov. 16 of attempted assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for two days served and $450 in fines and costs. Two counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police were dismissed.
– Ronald Lee Stora, 53, of 12504 Terry Ave., Wayland, Michigan, was found guilty Nov. 17 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $400 in fines and costs. One count of urinating in public was dismissed.
– Cierra Na Vaughn, 26, of 21 Bradley Court, Wilmington, Ohio, was found guilty Nov. 16 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $1,255 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). Charges of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and failure to report an accident were dismissed.
– Jason Dale Wilks, 36, of 8048 W. 64th St. Fremont, was found guilty Nov. 17 of DWLS and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for one day served and $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed. One count of DWLS was dismissed in a separate file.
– Madelyn C. Baker, 19, of 13627 S. Lake Dr., Plainfiled, Illinois, was found guilty Nov. 18 of operating an ORV on a public road and was sentenced to $250 in fines and costs. May withdraw plea in 30 days.
– Adam Joseph Broniewicz, 19, of 23306 W. Lake Pl., Plainfield, Illinois, was found guilty Nov. 18 of operating an ORV on a public road and was sentenced to $250 in fines and costs. May withdraw plea in 30 days.
– Gabriel Alexander Ellsworth, 25, of 7226 E. Jefferson Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty nov. 18 of allowing a person drive in violation and was sentenced to $235 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.
– Jayden Christopher Gertsen, 19, of 23212 W. Lake Pl., Plainfield, Illinois, was found guilty Nov. 18 of operating an ORV on a public road and was sentenced to $250 in fines and costs. May withdraw plea in 30 days.
– Natalie Lynn Hall, 22, of 3869 Malibu Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty Nov. 18 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $340 in fines and costs. One count of operating without security was dismissed.
– Rahdimez Pasqual Milian, 28, of 119 Noah Ct., Belle Glade, Florida, was found guilty Nov. 18 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $340 in fines and costs. One count of driving while unlicensed/invalid/improper license was dismissed.
– Austin Michael Nead, 24, of 8762 E. Pierce Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty Nov. 18 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $375 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.
– Dejoir Aron-Pierre Stokes, 29, of 851 Isabella Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty Nov. 18 of driving while unlicensed/invalid/improper license and was sentenced to $350 in fines and costs.
Dismissal
– Mitchell David Gamble, 60, of 3926 W. Tyler Rd., Hart, one count of failure to display a valid license was dismissed Nov. 12.
