The following is recent police activity in Oceana County:

Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2020:

– 12:41 a.m., (Michigan State Police), a 22-year-old Muskegon man was cited for driving while license suspended (DWLS) and operating without insurance, Skeels Road and 116th Avenue, Otto Township.

– 7:09 p.m., (MSP), two-vehicle crash, no injuries, Skeels and Maple Island roads, Greenwood Township.

Thursday, Nov. 12, 2020:

– 10:01 a.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), failure to stop for a school bus, 128th Avenue, Crystal Township. (Police report not completed.)

– 3:35 p.m., (OCSO), methamphetamine possession, West Deer Road, Golden Township. A 36-year-old Hart woman was arrested on outstanding charges, and the drug charge is pending.

– 7 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, 72nd Avenue near Baseline Road, Hart Township.

– 11:37 p.m., (OCSO), a 32-year-old Grant man was cited for open intoxicants following a vehicle crash, East Filmore Road, Elbridge Township.
