HART — The following were arraigned recently in Oceana County’s 78th District Court:

– Adan Rivera-Rodriguez, 30, of 19 N. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was arrested by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) on two felony counts of accosting children for immoral purposes. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Oct. 19 at 3 p.m.

– Jason Alan Ennis, 33, of 5403 E. Arthur Rd., New Era, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of larceny $1,000-
