HART — The following were arraigned recently on felony charges in Oceana County’s 78th District Court:

Saldana

– Rogelio Noel Saldana, 30, of 6415 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) on a felony of assault with a dangerous weapon and four felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Oct. 13 at 3 p.m.

Guerrero

– Eduardo Guerrero, Jr., 40, of 387 Pine St., Shelby, was arrested by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) on three felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Oct. 5 at 3 p.m.

Spencer

– Angela Sue Spencer, 39, of 8706 W. 1 Mile Rd., Hesperia, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for two felony counts of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Oct. 19 at 3 p.m.

– Nathan Lynn Volk, 28, of 1230 Taylor Ave., Grand Haven, was arrested by SSCENT for a felony of delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance (schedule 1, 2, 3 except marijuana and cocaine) and a felony of controlled substance possession (narcotic or cocaine) less than 25 grams. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Oct. 19 at 3 p.m.

Salazar

– Rebecca Lee Salazar, 34, of 5662 S. Oneida Trail, New Era, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Oct. 5 at 3 p.m.

Sarber

– Matthew Michael Sarber, 32, of 2725 Forrest St., Rothbury, was arrested by MSP for a felony of assault with intent to great bodily harm less than murder. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Oct. 19 at 3 p.m.

Waldeck

– Jonathan Edward Waldeck, 49, of 7140 S. West Shore Dr., Rothbury, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Nov. 2 at 3 p.m.

Tatro

– Timothy Mark Tatro, 34, of 8930 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance. Preliminary exam: Oct. 13 at 3 p.m.

Jobbins

– Madison Jean Jobbins, 21, of 17164 Dune View Dr., Grand Haven, was arrested by MSP for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Oct. 5 at 3 p.m.
