HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Rodger Paul Gagnon, 43, of 7415 Whitehall Rd., Whitehall, was found guilty of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and $1,105 in fines and costs. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Morgan Jame Pearson, 23, of 170 S. Menes St., Walkerville, was found guilty Sept. 28 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served and $300 in fines and costs.

– Kevin Ryan Shook, 33, of 1561 Scenic Hwy., Elberta, Michigan, was found guilty of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and operating without insurance and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail and one year suspended jail with credit for 81 days served for both terms and a $75 fine. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Kathy Marie Varenhorst, 36, of 417 Washington St., Hart, was found guilty Sept. 28 of larceny less than $200 and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $465 in fines and costs.

– Jeremy Lynn Sanderson, 37, of 409 E. Church St., Hart, was found guilty Sept. 28 of domestic violence and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for 16 days served; six months probation; must submit to testing, searches and counseling as directed by probation officer; no alcohol/drugs; no contact with the victim; and $1,025 in fines and costs. Charges of using a computer to commit a crime and malicious use of telecommunications services were dismissed.

– Thomas Carl Cryderman, 34, of 268 Munn St., Hesperia, was found guilty Sept. 21 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for one day served and $450 in fines and costs. One count of unlawful license plate use was dismissed.

– Jamie Beth Folk, 43, of 143 Ridgewood St. SE, Kentwood, was found guilty Sept. 21 of disorderly person — obscene conduct and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for two days served and $450 in fines and costs. One count of indecent exposure was dismissed.

– Stephen Robert Lindley, 68, of 512 S. Courtland St., Hart, pleaded “no contest” Aug. 31 to operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served; AHSE; and $1,140 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– Daniel Lynn Meeuwenberg, 26, of 9 W. Dayton St., Fremont, was found guilty Sept. 23 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Christine Margret Pratt, 42, of 1343 E. Broadway, was found guilty Sept. 21 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail and $1,155 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of transporting open intoxicants was dismissed.

– Isidro Hernandez-Velazco, 40, of 514 E. Main St., Hart, was found guilty Sept. 10 of driving while license not valid and paid civil infraction as agreed. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Karl Anthony Wayman, 40, of 643 Hawthorne SE., Grand Rapids, was found guilty Sept. 18 of DWLS and was sentenced to $520 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Darin Colt Cunningham, 37, of 2265 S. 186th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty Sept. 18 of DWLS and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Andrew Robert-Chapman Davidson, 21, of 13256 Barnes, Byron, Michigan, was found guilty Sept. 18 of operating an ORV in a closed area and was sentenced to $275 in fines and costs.

Dismissals:

– Joshua Joseph Norman, 22, of 2838 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, one count of second-offense domestic violence was dismissed Sept. 23.

– Skylynn M. Franklin, 36, of 7550 E. Yonker Rd., Hart, one count of domestic violence was dismissed Sept. 28.

– Jennifer Lynn Tjapkes, 30, of 7294 S. Forest Glen Rd., Rothbury, charges of methamphetamine use and domestic violence were dismissed Sept. 18.

– Adam Blake Riddell, 30, of 103 Wood St., Hart, one count of stalking was dismissed Sept. 14.

– Evonne Cecil Barrett, 45, of 9283 13 Mile Rd., Walkerville, one count of operating without insurance was dismissed Sept. 21.

– Curtis John Horrigan, 46, of 1489 E. Crane Pond Dr., Marion, Indiana, one count of operating an ORV on a public right-of-way was dismissed Sept. 25.
