Police seek criminal charge against naked man at beach.

GOLDEN TOWNSHIP — The Hart post of the Michigan State Police is seeking an indecent exposure charge against a 44-year-old Ann Arbor man who was naked at the beach at the Little Sable Point Lighthouse Sunday, Sept. 13, shortly after 6 p.m., said MSP Trooper Abigail Ziesman.

The report is being turned over to the Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office, Ziesman said.

Indecent exposure is a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail.
