78th District Court sentencings, Aug. 28, 2020.

HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:
– Bradley Thomas Anderson, 23, of 1671 E. Zimmer Rd., Shelby, was found guilty Agu. 27 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $340 in fines and costs. One count of driving while license suspended (DWLS) was dismissed.
– Bryan Michael Cunningham, 40, of 1154 Elsa Ave., Norton Shores, was found guilty Aug. 27 of hunting/possessing an animal/bird/fish without a license and was sentenced to $325 in fines and costs.
– Matthew Lee Sutton, 25, of 287 E. Forest Park, Twin Lake, was found guilty Aug. 27 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $290 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.
– Mark Allen Robbins, 49, of 420 Griswold St., Hart, was found guilty Aug. 27 of failure to exhibit a fishing a license and was sentenced to $350 in fines and costs. One count of recreational trespassing was dismissed.
– Benjamin Franklin Barnhill, 33, of 4132 White River Dr., Hesperia, was found guilty Aug. 24 of fishing with more than three lines and was sentenced to $320 in fines and costs. One count of taking/possessing bass/walleye out of season was dismissed.
– Joshua Daniel-Riggs Easton, 40, of 1840 N. 56th Ave., Mears, was found guilty Aug. 24 of DWLS and was sentenced to $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). A second count of DWLS was dismissed.
– Bradley Lee Devries, 51, of 1496 Dudley Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty Aug. 27 of operating an ORV in a closed area and was sentenced to $275 in fines and costs.
– Destindausi Marie Nowlin, 22, of 8361 E. Warren Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty Aug. 24 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $340 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.
– Randal Walker Pranger, 38, of 2089 W. Arthur Rd., New Era, was found guilty Aug. 24 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $340 in fines and costs. One count of operating while license expired was dismissed.
– Derrick Darrell Reed, 41, of 7110 Clearwater Crt., Rothbury, was found guilty Aug. 24 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $340 in in fines and costs. One count of violating a restricted license was dismissed.
– Josh Joseph Tatro, 24, of 5722 W. 2nd St., Mears, was found guilty Aug. 24 of driving without a license and was sentenced to $395 in fines and costs.
– Sabrina Kay West, 28, of 5798 W. 6th St., Mears, was found guilty Aug. 24 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $340 in fines and costs. One count of driving while license not valid was dismissed.
– Robin Adair McCarty, 38, of 14196 205th Ave., Big Rapids, was found guilty Aug. 27 of operating an ORV on a highway or right-of-way and sentenced to $250 in fines and costs.
– Tyler Dean Dintaman, 23, of 6465 South Trail, Clarksville, Michigan, was found guilty Aug. 27 of no group designator and was sentenced to $255 in fines and costs.
