- Mason County, population, 29,144: 101 cases, .346 percent; 0 deaths, 0 percent of population, 0 percent of cases; 83 recoveries, 82.1 percent of cases.
- Oceana County, population, 26,625; 471 cases, 1.76 percent; 6 deaths, .022 percent of population, 1.27 percent of cases; 431 recoveries, 91.5 percent of cases.
- Manistee County, population, 24,528; 41 cases; .167 percent; 1 death; .004 percent of population, 2.43 percent of cases; 30 recoveries, 73.1 percent of cases.
- Lake County, population, 11,881; 28 cases, .235 percent; 0 deaths, 0 percent of population, 0 percent of cases; 14 recoveries, 50 percent of cases.
