HART — The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Alejandro Joseph Salazar, 35, of 3511 W. Ridge Rd., Mears, was found guilty Aug. 12 of disorderly person — drunk and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for seven days served and $475 in fines and costs. A second count of disorderly person — drunk was dismissed.

– Lee Allen Reynders, 69, of 1122 Collindale Ave., Grand Rapids, was found guilty Aug. 12 of failure to wear a personal flotation device on a personal watercraft and was sentenced to $225 in fines and costs.

– Steven Craig VanderNaalt, 38, of 2083 W. Lever Rd., Hart, was found guilty Aug. 12 of forest fire — setting fire without reasonable precautions and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. One count of illegal disposal of solid waste was dismissed.

– Tia Renee Walker, 40, of 613 Griswold St., Hart, was found guilty Aug. 12 of dog running at large and was sentenced to $394.88 in restitution and $315 in fines and costs.

– Brian Lee Anderson, 40, of 734 Fourth St., Jackson, was found guilty Aug. 7 of operating an ORV while license suspended and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs.

– Tarah Lynn Fancher, 34, of 6963 N. Hilltop Crt., Pentwater, was found guilty Aug. of marine violation of the 100 foot rule and was sentenced to $245 in fines and costs.

– Justin Wayne Camargo, 27, of 5671 S. 56th Ave., New Era, was found guilty Aug. 6 of dog running at large and was sentenced to $265 in fines and costs.

– Gina Maria Edwards, 40, of 7074 Clearwater Crt., Rothbury, was found guilty Aug. 6 of ORV – letting a child under 16 operate and was sentenced to $340 in fines and costs.

Dismissals

– Nikki Lei Ackley, 28, of 503 E. South Ave., Hesperia, one count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed Aug. 11.
