– 2:45 p.m., larceny, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 3:30 p.m., larceny, 200 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 5:47 p.m., assault and battery, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.

Friday, July 31, 2020:

– 11:20 a.m., suspicious situation, 600 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 11:45 a.m., vehicle crash, no injuries, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.

– 12:20 p.m., civil complaint, 500 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 2 p.m., mental health complaint, 400 block of Church Street, City of Hart.

Saturday, Aug. 1, 2020:

– Midnight, larceny, 4000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.

– 5:30 p.m., water emergency, 20 block of North State Street, City of Hart.

– 6:46 p.m., a 24-year-old Hart woman was cited for operating without a license and a 31-year-old Hart man was arrested and lodged in the Oceana County Jail on an outstanding Oceana County warrant, State and Wood streets, City of Hart.

– 7 p.m., medical assist, 1000 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 10:35 p.m., vehicle crash, no injuries, 800 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.

Sunday, Aug. 2, 2020:

– 10:20 p.m., suspicious situation, 20 block of Mechanic Street, City of Hart.

Monday, Aug. 3, 2020:

– 9:25 p.m., a 40-year-old Montague man was cited on a restricted license, East Main and Water streets, City of Hart.

Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2020:

– 10:50 a.m., larceny, 400 block of Wood Street, City of Hart.

– 11:45 a.m., motorist assist, 3000 block of Polk Road, City of Hart.

– 12:40 p.m., criminal sexual conduct, City of Hart.

– 2:50 p.m., traffic hazard, Oceana Drive and Tyler Road, City of Hart.

– 3 p.m., harassment, 100 block of Courtland Street, City of Hart.

Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2020:

– Midnight, civil complaint, 800 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.
