HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

Martin

– Michael Jacob Martin, 40, of 2137 Estes St., Muskegon, was arrested by the Hart Police Department (HPD) for a felony of second-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC). Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: June 22 at 3 p.m.

Hildebrandt

– Terina Rey Hildebrandt, 25, of 94 W. 3rd St., Shelby, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of lying to a police officer. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: June 15 at 3 p.m.

Diebel

– Jason Dale Diebel, 27, of 5832 Oceana Dr., Rothbury, was arrested by MSP for a felony of larceny $1,000-$20,000. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: June 22 at 3 p.m.

Pulsipher

– Allen Cole Pulsipher, 36, of 7063 S. 88th Ave., Rothbury, was arrested by OCSO on felony charges of methamphetamine possession and analogues possession. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: June 22 at 3 p.m.
