The following is recent police activity in Oceana County:

Monday, June 8, 2020:

– 12:06 p.m., (Michigan State Police), troopers are investigating a domestic assault, North 108th Avenue, Leavitt Township. The suspect left the scene prior to the troopers’ arrival.

– 2:46 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), a warrant is being sought for a 47-year-old Shelby woman for a charge of operating while intoxicated after she allegedly hit a mailbox with her car, West M 20, Shelby Township.

– 4:37 p.m., (OCSO), assault and battery, William Field Memorial Hart-Montague Rail Trail, Grant Township.

– 6:27 p.m., (OCSO), domestic assault, East Madison Road, Elbridge Township.

Tuesday, June 9, 2020:

– 3:41 a.m., (OCSO), a 40-year-old Holton man was cited for driving while license suspended, Skeels Road, Otto Township.
