OWI arrests top weekend police activity.

The following is recent police activity in Oceana County:

Friday, June 5, 2020:

– 12:52 a.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), heroin possession, southbound US 31, Grant Township. The substance was seized and will be tested at the Michigan State Police crime lab. A warrant is pending for a 33-year-old Traverse City man.

– 6:30 p.m., (OCSO), a 29-year-old Ohio man was cited for open intoxicants, North York Road, Hart Township.

– 8:10 p.m., (Michigan State Police), a 45-year-old Walkerville woman was cited for operating without insurance, Main Street, Village of Walkerville.

Saturday, June 6, 2020:

– 2:20 a.m., (OCSO), a 31-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for felonious domestic assault, South McLaren Road, Newfield Township.

– 4:10 p.m., (OCSO), gas drive-off, $38.51 in fuel was stolen, Wishing Well, northbound Business Route 31, Pentwater Township.

– 8:36 p.m., (OCSO), a 42-year-old Rothbury man was arrested for operating while intoxicated (OWI), South Oceana Drive, Village of Rothbury.

Sunday, June 7, 2020:

– 1:30 a.m., (OCSO), a 31-year-old Twin Lake man was cited for driving while license suspended (DWLS), East white Road, Greenwood Township.

– 8:39 p.m., (MSP), a 57-year-old Montague man was arrested for OWI following a one-vehicle crash, Scenic Drive, Claybanks Township.
