Child porn tops 78th District Court arraignments.

HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:
Felonies
– Carl Merlin Morgan, 49, of 56th Ave., Hart, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for felonies of child sexually abusive

activity and using a computer to commit a crime. Bail: $100,000/cash/surety. Preliminary exam: June 8 at 3 p.m. Morgan also faces a felony of methamphetamine possession stemming from an MSP arrest. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety. Preliminary exam: June 1 at 3 p.m.
Misdemeanors
– Ramon Fekken, 28, of 1969 Ray Ave., New Era; MSP; assault and battery and indecent exposure. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: June 9 at 10:30 a.m.
– Willie Lee Allen, 61, of 1240 N. 198th Ave., Hesperia; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); domestic violence. Pretrial: June 11 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,000/cash/surety/10 percent.
– Dakota Storm Caughney, 26, of 916 34th Ave., Mears; second-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI) and failure to report an accident. Pretrial: May 28 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
