The following is police activity over the holiday weekend:
Friday, May 22, 2020:
– 3:55 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), a 47-year-old Grandville man was cited for operating an ORV in a closed area, Sischo Bayou, Otto Township.
– 4:47 p.m., (OCSO), stalking, North Oceana Drive, Hart Township.
– 8:19 p.m., (OCSO), a 29-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS) and improper license plate, North 192nd Avenue, Leavitt Township.
– 9:02 p.m., (OCSO), a 27-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for no operator’s license, South 192nd Avenue, Greenwood Township.
– 10:18 p.m., (OCSO), a 47-year-old Mears man was arrested for DWLS, Duck Road, Golden Township.
– 11:51 p.m., (Michigan State Police), a 19-year-old Free Soil man was cited for operating without insurance, 120th Avenue near Monroe Road, Crystal Township.
Saturday, May 23, 2020:
– 11:03 a.m., (OCSO), false alarm, South 192nd Avenue, Newfield Township.
– 1:30 p.m., (OCSO), a 31-year-old Walkerville man was arrested for no operator’s license, Federal Forest Trail, Crystal Township.
– 2:12 p.m., (OCSO), aggravated/felonious assault with a pistol, North 200th Avenue, Leavitt Township. The victim reported that a middle-aged male suspect who has not been identified pointed a gun at the victim.
– 5:48 p.m., (OCSO), a 36-year-old Walkerville man was arrested for no operator’s license, 168th Avenue, Colfax Township.
– 6:33 p.m., (OCSO), a 49-year-old Walkerville man was arrested for no operator’s license, Winter Road, Colfax Township.
Sunday, May 24, 2020:
– 2 a.m., (MSP), a 40-year-old New Era man was cited for operating without a license, Polk Road, Hart Township.
– 8:29 a.m., (OCSO), damage to property, a sign was damaged, North 56th Avenue, Golden Township.
– 9:42 a.m., (OCSO), damage to property, 13 marijuana plants were damaged, West Jefferson Road, Pentwater Township.
– 12:49 p.m., (OCSO), larceny of a passport, Visa identification card, Social Security card and a suitcase full of clothes, East Lincoln Street, Crystal Township.
– 4:50 p.m., (OCSO), a 33-year-old North Muskegon man was cited for operating an ORV in a closed area, Podunk, Greenwood Township.
– 5:50 p.m., (OCSO), a 44-year-old Holton man was cited for DWLS and no insurance, Skeels Road, Greenwood Township.
– 6:23 p.m., (OCSO), a 57-year-old Muskegon man was cited for DWLS and improper plate and a 42-year-old Muskegon woman was cited for allowing an unlicensed person to operate, 160th Avenue, Greenwood Township.
– 8:44 p.m., (OCSO), a 27-year-old Fremont man was cited for no insurance, Skeels, Road, Greenwood Township.
– 9:29 p.m., (OCSO), a 29-year-old Grand Rapids man was arrested for no operator’s license, Skeels, Road, Greenwood Township.
Monday, May 25, 2020:
– 10:49 a.m., (OCSO), larceny of gas, Wishing Well, North Business Route 31, Pentwater Township.
– 2:30 p.m., (OCSO), a 39-year-old Norton Shores man was cited for fishing without a license, Campbell Lake, Leavitt Township.
– 6:34 p.m., (OCSO), a 39-year-old Montague man was cited for fishing without a license, 48th Avenue, Benona Township.
– 10:42 p.m., (MSP), a 56-year-old Shelby man was arrested for domestic violence, 6000 block of Baker Road, Benona Township.
