Thefts, domestic violence arrests top police activity.

Recent police activity in Oceana County includes:

Thursday, May 7, 2020:

– 10 a.m., (Michigan State Police), a generator valued at $400
and a torpedo heater valued at $150 were stolen during a breaking and entering, 200 block of Morrison Street, Golden Township.

Saturday, May 9, 2020:

– 1:48 p.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), numerous power tools valued at $2,000 and a radio-controlled car valued at $1,000 were stolen from a building, East Tyler Road, Elbridge Township.

– 7:37 p.m., (OCSO), a 28-year-old Shelby man was arrested for driving while license suspended, Garfield Road, Benona Township.

Sunday, May 10, 2020:

– 1:45 a.m., (MSP), a 30-year-old Fountain woman was arrested for domestic violence, 9000 block of North 192nd Avenue, Colfax Township.

– 3:03 p.m., (OCSO), a 61-year-old Hesperia man was arrested for domestic assault, North 198th Avenue, Leavitt Township.
