HART – The following proceedings recently occurred in 78th District Court:

Misdemeanor arraignments

– Jaime Sarah Glauch, 29, of 3160 176th Ave., Walkerville; Michigan State Police (MSP); domestic violence. Bail: $2,500/personal recognizance. Pretrial: May 14 at 9 a.m.

– Raelynne Marie Kelley, 22, of 558 Adams Ave., Muskegon; Shelby Police Department (SPD); domestic violence. Bail: $2,500/personal recognizance. Pretrial: May 14 at 1:15 p.m.

Sentencings

– Matthew Thomas Jolman, 33, of 64 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was found guilty March 9 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for one day served and $500 in fines and costs.

– Nicole Marie VerMeulen, 33, of 7105 S. Driftwood Dr., Rothbury, was found guilty March 9 of disorderly person — jostling and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for 74 days served and a $75 fine. One count of domestic violence was dismissed.

– Daniel Salgado, 33, of 118 Apple St., Hart, was found guilty March 10 of DWLS and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for 28 days served and $400 in fines and costs.

– Benjamin Albert Sharp, 36, of 1682 McIlwrath St., Muskegon, was found guilty March 16 of third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail with credit for one day served; $14 restitution; and a $50 fine.

– Timothy Wayne Hamilton, 50, of Copemish (street address unavailable), was found guilty March 16 of fraudulent use of a public utility less than $500 and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail; $357.77 in restitution; and $250 in fines and costs. Charges of fraudulent use of a public utility over $500 and malicious destruction of property were dismissed.
