HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court on felony charges:

Dougherty

– Gregory Lawrence Dougherty, 21, of 7169 S. 88th Ave., Rothbury, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP), for a felony of first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC) — victim under 13. Probable cause conference: May 4 at 3 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Zeckzer

– Gordon Eugene Zeckzer, 27, of 3709 Cobmoosa Trail, Hesperia, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) on two felony counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and two counts of felony firearm. Preliminary exam: May 11 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Fuller

– Michael H. Fuller, 77, of 95 Hilltop Dr., Hart, was arrested by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI) and a misdemeanor of transporting open intoxicants. Preliminary exam: May 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Gill

– Isaac Robert Gill, 31, of 3060 W. Main St., Walkerville, was arrested by OCSO on felony charges of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder and felonious assault. Preliminary exam: May 18 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Civis

– Jennifer Ann Civis, 34, of 8168 Cook St., Montague, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of assault with a dangerous weapon. Probable cause conference: May 11 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Flanery

– Joshua Michael Flanery, 26, of 64 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby, was arrested by the Shelby Police Department (SPD) for a felony of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder. Preliminary exam: May 11 at 3 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Kelley

– Raelynne Marie Kelley, 22, of 558 Adams Ave., Muskegon, was arrested by MSP for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Preliminary exam: June 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Smith

– Daniel Arthur Smith, 7792 S. 80th Ave., Rothbury, was arrested by OCSO on two felony counts of assaulting a prison employee. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Tatro

– Timothy Mark Tatro, 33, of 8930 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia, was arrested by OCSO on two felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

Fisher

Travis Andrew Fisher, 25, of 4313 Tim Bee Ave., Muskegon, was arrested by OCSO on felony charges of third-offense OWI, fourth-degree fleeing and eluding and assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent.

Robbins

– Ronald Dee Robbins, Jr., 58, of 3429 72nd Ave., Hart, was arrested by the Hart Police Department (HPD) on two felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and two misdemeanor counts of assault and battery. Preliminary exam: June 1 at 3 p.m. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent.
