– Angela Ann Hovey, 40, of 1021 E. Adams Rd., Hart, was arrested by

– Dawn Lynette Johnson, 45, of 2036 White Lake Dr., Whitehall, was arrested by MSP for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Bail:
