HART — A 37-year-old Hart man was sentenced to two to 20 years in prison in 27th Circuit Court this week for a conviction of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine.
Victor Samuel-Migel Bundy, of 3871 N. Oceana Dr., pleaded guilty to the charge Oct. 28, 2019.
Bundy was sentenced Monday, March 16, by Judge Bradley G. Lambrix and received credit for 14 days served in jail.
He was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) on three felony counts of meth delivery. Two of the counts, along with a meth possession charge in a separate criminal file, were dismissed in a plea agreement.
Bundy testified before Judge Lambrix that the drug deal occurred March 25, 2019 in Hart Township.
Sentencing guidelines in the case are 24-40 months, said Oceana County Prosecutor Joseph Bizon.
Bundy was ordered to pay $490 in fines and costs.
