Canoe, chainsaw among several items stolen from garage.

OTTO TOWNSHIP — The Oceana County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of several items from a garage on East Wilke Road, according to Oceana County Sheriff Craig Mast.
Items stolen include:
– a 14-foot green Sun Dolphin canoe valued at $350;
– a Stihl M118 chainsaw valued at $300;
– a Haul Master cargo carrier valued at $100;
– a Karcher pressure washer valued at $300;
– a Ninja food processor valued at $200;
– Two Husky fishing poles with Abu Garcia reels valued at $240;
– and an aluminum extension ladder valued at $100.
The theft, which occurred some time over the last few months, was reported Sunday, March 15.

Friday, March 13, 2020:
– 3:46 p.m., a 36-year-old Walkerville man was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS), East Tyler Road, Leavitt Township.
Saturday, March 14, 2020:
– 1:13 p.m., larceny of 30 live trees, West Warren Road, Benona Township.
– 5:34 p.m., missing handgun, 3500 block of West Skeels Road, Grant Township.
Sunday, March 15, 2020:
– 7:31 p.m., a 34-year-old Hart man was arrested for assaulting/resisting/obstructing police during an assist to the Hart Police Department, Mechanic Street, City of Hart.
Monday, March 16, 2020:
– 10:50 p.m., domestic assault, 5600 block of West Arthur Road, Claybanks Township.
