City council considers permitting golf carts, ORVs on city streets.
HART — The Hart City Council will have a second reading of an ordinance that would allow golf carts and ORVs to operate on city streets.
The reading and discussion will take place Tuesday, March 10, at 7:30 p.m. during the council’s regular meeting in the council chambers.
The public is invited to attend the meeting and provide input.
