HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

– Troy James Hern-Slocum, 28, of 169

Silva

South Ave., Hesperia, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of breaking and entering a building with intent. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: March 16 at 3 p.m.

– Carlos Miguel Silva, 33, of 398 Elm St., Shelby, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police.

Alltop

Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: March 16 at 3 p.m.

– Kelly Ray Alltop, 27, of 14 Chapita Hills, Shelby, was arrested by MSP for a felony of narcotic/cocaine possession less than 25 grams. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: March 16 at 3 p.m.

Misdemeanors

– Michael H. Fuller, 77, of 95 Hilltop Dr., Hart; Pentwater Police Department (PPD); second-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI). Bail: $25,000/cash. In a second file, Fuller is charged with open intoxicants by the Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Bail: $10,000/cash. In a third file, he is charged by the DNR with using an illegal fishing device. Bail:$10,000/cash. Pretrial: March 19 at 9 a.m.

– Amber Leigh Washburn, 40, of 7334 N. 140th Ave., Hart; MSP; OWI. Bail: $75. Pretrial: March 19 at 1:15 p.m.

– Karin Camille Bulger, 54, of 4083 N. Juniper Rd., Mears; OCSO; OWI. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: March 26 at 10:45 a.m.

– Carlos Miguel Silva, 33, of 398 Elm St., Shelby; OCSO; false pretenses $200-$1,000. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: March 26 at 1:15 p.m.

– Dora Lee Rodriguez, 48, of 7855 S. Maria St., Rothbury; Shelby Police Department (SPD); disobeying a school crossing guard. Bail: $1,000/personal. Pretrial: March 3.

– Jessica Louise Payne, 29, of 2189 Creekwood Dr., Twin Lake; OCSO; operating without insurance. Bail: $1,000/personal. Pretrial: March 26 at 9:30 a.m.

– Zachariah David Houghton, 20, of 1540 Winston Rd., Rothbury; OCSO; improper license. Bail: $1,000/personal. Pretrial: March 19 at 9:15 a.m.

– Mark Allen Ticer, 28, of 710 E. Main St., Hart; DNR; using an illegal fishing device. Bail: $1,000/personal. Pretrial: March 12 at 9:30 a.m.

– Andres Rodriguez, 36, of 2725 E. Forrest St., Rothbury; MSP; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Bail: $1,000/personal. Pretrial: March 26 at 10:30 a.m.

– Robbie Jay Rice, 47, of 7140 S. Westshore Dr., Rothbury; OCSO; unlawful license plates. Bail: $1,000/personal. Pretrial: March 12 at 10 a.m.
