The following is recent activity of the Hart Police Department:

Thursday, Feb. 20, 2020:

– 12:20 a.m., a 26-year-old Shelby man was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS), Polk Road and US 31, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 10 a.m., unlawful entry, 600 block of Water Street, City of Hart.

– 3:02 p.m., a 42-year-old New Era man was arrested for parole violation, Oceana County Probation and Parole Office, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 5:22 p.m., wellbeing check, 3000 block of Oceana Drive, City of Hart.

– 6:16 p.m., medical assist, 700 block of East Main Street, City of Hart.

Friday, Feb. 21, 2020:

– 12:02 p.m., mental health complaint, 500 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.

– 3 p.m., assist to the Hart Area Fire Department, 100 block of Courtland Street, City of Hart.

– 5:22 p.m., a 58-year-old Hart man was arrested on a warrant, 100 block of Courtland Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 11:27 p.m., a 29-year-old Mears man was arrested for DWLS, Oceana Drive and Polk Road, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Saturday, Feb. 22, 2020:

– 11:50 a.m., family trouble, Polk Road and US 31, City of Hart.

– 1:53 p.m., alarm, 2000 block of Oceana Drive, City of Hart.

– 9:23 p.m., family trouble, 600 block of Water Street, City of Hart.

Sunday, Feb. 23, 2020:

– 12:55 a.m., a 21-year-old Shelby man was arrested for disorderly conduct, 300 block of Dryden Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 4:52 p.m., a 31-year-old Shelby man was arrested on a warrant, 800 block of State Street, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

Monday, Feb. 24, 2020:

– 11:45 a.m., parking complaint, Union and Church streets, City of Hart.

– 2 p.m., ordinance violation, East Main and Orchard streets, City of Hart.

– 2:40 p.m., a 45-year-old Walkerville man was arrested for probation violation, Oceana County Probation and Parole Office, City of Hart. He was lodged in the Oceana County Jail.

– 6:20 p.m., breaking and entering, 600 block of State Street, City of Hart.

– 6:29 p.m., mental health complaint/missing person, 500 block of Griswold Street, City of Hart.
