The following is recent police activity in Oceana County:

Monday, Feb. 24, 2020:

– 7:11 a.m., (Oceana County Sheriff’s Office), assault and battery, East Main Street, City of Hart. The report is being submitted to the Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office for review. The suspect is a 62-year-old Pentwater man.

– 3:36 p.m., (OCSO), fraud, report being turned over to the Oceana County Prosecutor’s Office, Village of Mears.

Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2020:

– 2:42 a.m., (Michigan State Police), a 20-year-old woman (hometown unavailable) was arrested on a Muskegon County warrant, City of Hart.

Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2020:

– 1:40 a.m., (MSP), a 34-year-old Rothbury man was arrested on a failure to appear warrant, Meadow Drive, Village of Rothbury..

– 2:25 a.m., (OCSO), a 54-year-old Mears woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated, West Longbridge Road, Pentwater Township.

– 11:47 p.m., (OCSO), a 38-year-old Manistee man was arrested for driving while license suspended, northbound US 31, Shelby Township.
