Fair seeking department volunteers.

HART — If you enjoy the Oceana County Fair and want to get more involved, the Oceana County Fair Board has several opportunities.

The Oceana County Fair Board has recently adopted a new superintendent policy and is now accepting letters of interest along with one letter of support from anyone interested in volunteering their time to become a department/building superintendent of the following: Youth Exhibit Building, Beef, Dairy, Goats, Poultry, Rabbits, Saddle Horses, Sheep, Swine, Draft Horses, Adult Exhibit Building and Commercial Building.

Submit your letters of interest to: Department/Building Superintendent, c/o Cheryl Rabe, Fair Board Secretary, 6741 W. Winston Rd., Montague, MI 49437 by April 15, 2020. Be sure to include your contact information. All letters will be reviewed by the appointed committee who will then hold interviews with interested individuals to determine who is best suited for the position.
