HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

– David Michael Quintero, 24, of 2280 W. Baseline Rd., Hart, was

arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and misdemeanors of operating while intoxicated (OWI) and driving while license suspended (DWLS). Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: March 16 at 3 p.m.

– Timothy Wayne Hamilton, 50, of Copemish, was arrested by OCSO on felony charges of malicious destruction of a utility property and fraudulent use of a public utility over $500. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: March 16 at 3 p.m. (Mugshot unavailable.)

– Kortnye Ann Thompson, 29, of 8508 Robinhood Dr., Montague,

was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of illegal sale/use of a financial transaction device. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: March 16 at 3 p.m.

– Jason Patrick Burroughs, 45, of 2092 Columbus, Muskegon; MSP; DWLS, operating without insurance and operating an unregistered vehicle. Bail: $1,000/personal. Pretrial: March 5 at 1:45 p.m.

– Kaleb Dillon Diehm, 18, of 5200 Lakewood Rd., Whitehall; Department of Natural Resources (DNR); using artificial light/weapon accessory; taking game from vehicle; and general wildlife conservation violations. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: March 12 at 1:30 p.m.

– Brandon Troy Fessenden, 17, of 21202 Dewey Rd., Howard City, Michigan; DNR; using artificial light/weapon accessory; taking game from vehicle; and general wildlife conservation violations (two counts). Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: March 12 at 1:15 p.m.
