HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

– Brandon Jamar Roberson, 35, of 759 Emerald St., Muskegon, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) on felony charges of

delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine/ecstasy and delivery/manufacture of narcotic/cocaine less than 50 grams. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Feb. 24 at 3 p.m.

– Justin Darwin-Max Allen, 28, of 2304 186th Ave., Hesperia, was arrested by MSP for a felony of narcotic/cocaine possession less than 25 grams. Bail:

– Alexander Dean Dumas, 29, of 1314 26th St., Manistee, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office

(OCSO) for a felony of methamphetamine possession. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Feb. 24 at 3 p.m.

Misdemeanors

– David Wayne Dwyer, Jr., 35, of 7110 E. Sandra Kay, Fountain; OCSO; domestic violence. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. In a separate file, he is charged with malicious destruction of property. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Feb. 27 at 11 a.m.

– Damon Paul Ellis, 42, of 7343 Holton Duck Lake Rd., Holton; Hart Police Department (HPD); domestic violence and second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. In a separate file, Ellis is charged with second-offense DWLS, operating without insurance and unlawful license plates stemming from an MSP arrest. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Feb. 27 at 11 a.m. Pretrial: March 5 at 11:15 a.m.

– Kameron Colton Bronkema, 19, of 124 W. Scout Rd., Hart; Shelby Police Department (SPD); embezzlement $200-$1,000. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: March 5 at 1:15 p.m.

– Dominique Niccolas Hampton, 20, of 2684 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia; MSP; DWLS. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: March 3 at 9:45 a.m.

– Joshua Marquese DeShong, 33, of 2083 Plainsfield Ave., Muskegon; OCSO; failure to report an accident. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Feb. 20 at 2 p.m.

– Jerod Ray Falcon, 27, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart; MSP; fourth-degree child abuse. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Feb. 27 at 1:15 p.m.

– Tyler Casey Schoen, 18, of 6767 Wildwood Lane, Cedar Springs; using artificial light/weapon accessory, taking game from vehicle and general wildlife conservation violations (two counts). Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: March 5 at 1:30 p.m.
