HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

– Justin Darwin-Max Allen, 28, of 2304 186th Ave., Hesperia, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for felonies of methamphetamine possession and narcotic/cocaine possession less than 25 grams. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Feb. 18 at 3 p.m.

– Eliazar Valenzuela-Flores, 26, of 2896 W. Arthur Rd., New Era, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of

– Sandra Samantha Saldana, 31, of 1751 S. 200th Ave., Hesperia, was arrested by the Oceana County
