HART — The following were sentenced recently by Judge Bradley G. Lambrix in 27th Circuit Court:

Kittel

– Benjamin Anthony Kittel, 25, of 1010 S. 42nd Ave., Shelby, was found guilty Nov. 25 of assault with a weapon and was sentenced Feb. 3, 2020 to one year in jail with credit for 11 days served; 18 months probation; and $490 in fines and costs.

– Garth John Leslie, 32, of 3904 N. Oceana Dr., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 16, 2019 of third-offense domestic violence and fourth-offense

habitual offender and was sentenced Feb. 3 to one year in jail with credit for 64 days served; two years probation; and $490 in fines and costs.

– Tasha Marie Starks, 35, of 2684 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty Nov. 25, 2019 of methamphetamine possession and

was sentenced Feb. 3 to 11 months in jail with credit for 119 days served; six months probation; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; and $490 in fines and costs. One count of delivery/manufacture of methamphetamine was dismissed.

– Brandon Scott Thrailkill, 26, of 3752 W. Van Buren Rd., Hart, was found guilty Nov. 25, 2019 of controlled substance — possession of a non-narcotic and was sentenced Feb. 3 to five months in jail with credit
