HART – The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Lopez-Fooshee

– Shawn Edward Lopez-Fooshee, 22, of 2320 W. Baseline Rd., Shelby, was found guilty Nov. 4, 2019 of controlled substance delivery less than 50 grams and was sentenced Jan. 27, 2020 to 165 days in jail with credit for 165 days served; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; and $458 in fines and costs.

– Rudy Coronado, 38, of 3241 N. 72nd Ave., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 2, 2019 of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Jan. 27,

2020 to 57 days in jail with credit for 57 days served; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days; 18 months probation; and $358 in fines and costs.

– Eric William Tatro, 24, of 5333 148th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty Nov. 4, 2019 of methamphetamine possession and was sentenced Jan. 27, 2020 to 38 days in jail with credit

– Jacqueline Ann-Geraldine Riggs, 30, of 1790 Roberts Rd., Muskegon, was found guilty Nov. 18, 2019 of uttering and publishing and was sentenced

Jan. 27, 2020 to 30 days in jail with credit for two days served; 18 months probation; $844.50 in restitution that is joint and several with her co-defendant; and $458 in fines and costs.
