HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

– Mohamed Ali Hassan, 29, of 5770 W. 7th St., Mears, was arrested

– Shayne Chris Smith, 31, of 7970 E. Monroe Rd., Walkerville, was arrested by OCSO on felony charges of possession of a short-barreled
