HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

– Daniel Brian Burns, 43, of 2936 E. Baseline Rd., Shelby, was

arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) for a felony of third-degree criminal sexual conduct — force or coercion. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Jan. 27 at 3 p.m.

– Miguel Angel Cruz-Perez, 28, of 3162 W. Baseline Rd., Shelby, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of assault with a

– Logan Nathaniel Duvall, 20, of 84 Ellis St., Shelby, was arrested by OCSO on felony charges of breaking and

– Leon Jon Stanek, 49, of 2349 S. 118th St., Shelby, was arrested by OCSO for a felony of second-degree

home invasion. In a separate file, Stanek is charged with a felony of narcotic/cocaine possession less than 25 grams. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Jan. 27 at 3 p.m.

Misdemeanors

– Thomas Alan Rushing, 73, of 6553 S. Oceana Dr., Rothbury; OCSO; operating while intoxicated (OWI) and open intoxicants. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety. Pretrial: Feb. 20 at 11 a.m.

– Matthew Scott Bringedahl, 31, of 4664 3rd St., New Era; OCSO; improper license and unlawful license plate. Bail: $500/personal. Pretrial: Feb. 6 at 1:45 p.m.

– Steven Lynn Landis, 31, of 1295 N. Water Rd., Hart; Hart Police Department (HPD); disturbing the peace. Bail: $1,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Jan. 23 at 9:15 a.m.

– Ryan Joseph Torrey, 24, of 7224 W. 8th St., Fremont; OCSO; operating without insurance. Bail: $1,000/personal. Pretrial: Feb. 4 at 9:45 a.m.

– Timothy Allen Houtman, 54, of 209 N. Stewart Ave., Fremont; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating without insurance. Bail: $1,000/personal. Pretrial: Jan. 16.

– Gerald Lawrence Gilmore, 62, of 295 Cahill Dr., Rockford; Department of Natural Resources (DNR); hunting ducks in closed season and hunting waterfowl without a license. Bail: $500/personal. Pretrial: Jan. 16.
