HART – The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

Reed

– Derrick Darrell Reed, 40, of 549 McLaren St., Muskegon, was found guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Jan. 13 to 181 days in jail with credit for 121 days served and $458 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from a Dec. 4, 2017 conviction of maintaining a drug house, was revoked.

– Davontae Kalao Kirk, 26, of 38637 Cheldon, Clinton Township, Michigan, was found guilty Nov. 4 of controlled substance delivery less than 50

grams and was sentenced Jan. 13 to 30 days in jail with credit for one day served; one year probation; driver’s license suspended 150 days/restricted 30 days; and $458 in fines and costs.

– Michael Douglas Bentley, 66, of 2033 Harrison Ave., Muskegon, was found guilty Nov. 4 of third-offense operating

while intoxicated and was sentenced Jan. 13 to 90 days in jail with credit for one day served; two years probation; and $858 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Rogelio Noel Saldana, 30, of 6515 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty Nov. 4 of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and was sentenced

Jan. 13 to 139 days in jail with credit for 139 days served and $398 in fines and costs. A second count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer was dismissed.

– Gavin Ray Hill, 19, of 2171 S. Clearwater Crt., Rothbury, was found

guilty of probation violation and was sentenced Jan. 13 to 180 days in jail with credit for 66 days served and $258 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from a Sept. 23, 2019 conviction of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer, was revoked.
