78th District Court sentencings and dismissals, Jan. 16, 2020.

HART – The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Jeffrey Scott Hoffman, 52, of 1976 W. Webster Rd., Montague, was found guilty Dec. 30 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for 93 days served; outpatient treatment; and $215 in fines and costs. Charges of third-offense operating while intoxicated, which is a felony, and second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS) were dismissed. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Marshall Edward Kalges, 28, of 51 S. Winter St., Hesperia, was found guilty of driving while license not valid and was sentenced Jan. 6 to 90 days suspended jail and $200 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Alan David Bystrom, 34, of 8808 N. 126th Ave., Hart, was found guilty Jan. 7 of operating without insurance and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for 23 days served.

– Bradley Dean Bozeman, 57, of 6441 E. Filmore Rd., Walkerville, was found guilty Jan. 3 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Kaylee Marie Brueck, 23, of 104 Wood St., Hart, pleaded “no contest” Dec. 30 to larceny less than $200 and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $635 in fines and costs.

– Kaleb Clark Maclam, 24, of 8959 N. 26th Ave., Bitely, was found guilty Dec. 30 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served; outpatient treatment; and $1,140 in fines and costs. Charges of operating while intoxicated and open intoxicants were dismissed.

– Scott Albert Anderson, 58, of 8346 E. Garfield Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty Dec. 30 of disorderly person — drunk and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $435 in fines and costs. One count of possession of firearms under the influence was dismissed.

– Juan Gabri Guadarrama-Troncoso, 44, of 4705 N. 120th Ave., Hart, was found guilty Jan. 2 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

Dismissals

– Ernesto Eugene Rodriguez, Jr., 29, of 603 S. State St., Hart, one felony count of unlawful vehicle use was dismissed Dec. 23.

– Robert Louis Greiger, 59, of 2540 E. Arthur Rd., Rothbury, one count of assault with a dangerous weapon was dismissed Jan. 6.

– Joseph Gruszecki, 62, of 325 Sunset Blvd., Hesperia, one count of dog running at large was dismissed Jan. 6.

– Hans Dieter Gawlitza, 63, of 4569 A. 124th Ave., Shelby, one count of operating without a license was dismissed Jan. 3.
