HART — The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Felonies

– Steven Allen Nodjkovic, Jr., 45, of 8310 Adams Rd., Hesperia, was

– Logan Nathaniel Duvall, 20, of 84 Ellis St., Shelby, was arrested by the Oceana County Sheriff’s Office

(OCSO) for two felony counts of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police. Bail: $7,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Jan. 21 at 3 p.m.

– Jeramiah Matthew Hop, 42, of 10876 Deerwood Court, SE, Lowell, Michigan,

was arrested by OCSO for a felony of common law fraud. Bail: $15,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Preliminary exam: Jan. 21 at 3 p.m.

Misdemeanors

– Paul Madison Phillips, 32, of 2116 W. Monroe Rd., Hart; OCSO; operating without insurance and unlawful license plates. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. In a separate file, Phillips is charged with one count of solid waste — establishing a disposal area without a permit. Bail: $500/personal. Pretrial: Jan. 21 at 10 a.m.

– Trad Paul Sheafor, 30, of 5825 W. 7th St., Mears; Hart Police Department (HPD); second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS), operating without insurance and unlawful license plate. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Jan. 16 at 11 a.m.

– Esau Lemuel Guevara-Rodriguez, 27, of 7146 N. 120th Ave., Hart; OCSO; operating without insurance. Bail: $1,000/personal. Pretrial: Jan. 16 at 1:15 p.m.

– Roger Allen Koster, 57, of 5965 White Rd., Muskegon; Department of Natural Resources (DNR); recreational trespassing and wildlife conservation violations. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Jan. 23 at 9 a.m.

– Ryan Linn Boyce, 37, of 9423 Automobile Rd., Whitehall; OCSO; DWLS. Bail: $1,000/personal. Pretrial: Jan. 16 at 11 a.m.

– Mohamed Ali Hassan, 29, of 5770 W. 7th St., Mears; HPD; DWLS. Bail: $1,000/personal. Pretrial: Feb. 6 at 11 a.m.

– Juan Sanchez, 23, of 116 W. 6th St., Shelby; MSP; possession of open intoxicants. Bail: $1,000/personal. Pretrial: Jan. 9.
