HART — The following were sentenced recently in 27th Circuit Court:

– Brent Douglas Krauss, 21, of 2616 132nd Ave., Shelby, was found

guilty of probation violation and sentenced Jan. 6 to one year in jail with credit for 332 days served and $490 in fines and costs. Probation, which stems from a Jan. 22, 2018 conviction of controlled substance delivery less than 50 grams, is revoked. A probation violation charge in a separate case was dismissed.

– Jesse A. Grzankowski, 30, of 4053 8th Ave., San Diego, California, was found guilty controlled substance delivery Nov. 18, 2019 and was

sentenced Jan. 6 to $2,000 in fines and costs and driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted after 30 days.
