HART – The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Natalie Lynne Koon, 23, of 1760 Vine St., Manistee, was found guilty Dec. 5 of operating with a forged/altered/false license and was sentenced to 45 days in jail with credit for 45 days served and $245 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Joseph Kendall Zuber, 27, of 3661 E. Baseline Rd., Shelby, was found guilty Dec. 16 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for 16 days served; outpatient treatment; and $465 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated with an occupant under 16 years of age was dismissed.

– Mark Wayne Richard, 56, of 192 Sessions Rd., Shelby, was found guilty Dec. 2 of attempted assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced to eight days in jail with credit for seven days served; one year suspended jail; and $575 in fines and costs.

– Rene Magallan, Jr., 35, of 816 W. Tyler Rd., Hart,, pleaded “no contest” Dec. 9 to domestic violence and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for nine days served and $800 in fines, costs and restitution. One count of malicious destruction of fire or police property was dismissed.

– Javier Jesus Flores, 48, of 1599 W. Shelby Rd., Shelby, was found guilty Dec. 16 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for four days served and $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Charges of operating an unregistered vehicle and operating without insurance were dismissed.

– Joseph Wayne Hawkins, 35, of 8007 W. Taylor Rd., Mears, was found guilty Sept. 30 of operating while impaired and was sentenced Dec. 16 to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served; must complete substance abuse evaluation and recommendations of evaluation; and $1,090 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– Karen A. Deblas-Arrellano, 24, of 5622 W. 7th St., Mears, was found guilty Dec. 4 of disturbing the peace and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for two days served; must continue outpatient counseling and attend Victim Impact Weekend; and $435 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– Joseph Allen Bourke, 47, of 219 S. Garfield Rd., Linwood, Michigan, was found guilty Dec. 18 of operating an ORV while license suspended and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail and $400 in fines and costs.

– William James Billo, 35, of 103 Gay St., Scottville, was found guilty Sept. 25 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced Dec. 16 to $125 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Bobby Joe Jolly, 56, of 7964 W. Juniper Beach Rd., Mears, was found guilty Dec. 16 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to a $50 fine. Once count of DWLS was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Keith Bradley Morse, 61, of 2365 E M 20, Hesperia, was found guilty Dec. 4 of solid waste violation and was sentenced to 30 days suspended jail and $125 in fines and costs.

– Joshua Thomas Moore, 32, of 89 W. Weaver St., Hesperia, was found guilty Dec. 4 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $315 in fines and costs. Charges of learner’s permit violation, operating without insurance and unlawful license plates were dismissed.

– Angel Luis Pizarro-Torres, 30, of 118 Apple St., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 5 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $460 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.

– Agustin Mendieta Lopez, 48, of 555 Harvey St., Shelby; was found guilty Dec. 5 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to $290 in fines and costs. One count of operating without a license was dismissed.

– Raudel Belmares, 24, of 5256 N. 176th Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty Dec. 5 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $290 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed.

– Brandon Dean McCann, 28, of 7219 N. Macksam, Hart, was found guilty Dec. 18 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $290 in fines and costs.

– Jacqueline Barrios, 24, of 180 W. Main St., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 18 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– John Henry Smith, III, 25, of 1118 Parmington Ave., Hart, was found guilty Dec. 18 of second-offense disturbing the peace and was sentenced to $250 in fines and costs.

– Tonya Anne Cudnohfsky, 34, of 6147 W. Raven Dr., Hesperia, pleaded “no contest” Dec. 16 to trespassing and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail and $265 in fines and costs.

Dismissals

– Garth Leslie, 32, of 3904 N. Oceana Dr., Hart, one count of breaking and entering was dismissed Dec. 16.

– Michael Lavern Briggs, 60, of 2723 Duck Lake Rd., Whitehall, one count of operating with a high blood alcohol content was dismissed Dec. 16.

– Shelly Ann Green, 49, of 440 N. Hancock St., Pentwater, one count of assault and battery was dismissed Dec. 17.

– Jose Antonio Frias-Hernandez, 57, of 409 S. Dryden St., Hart, one count of driving while license not valid was dismissed Dec. 5.

– Tyler Nicholas Teal, 27, of 1739 W. Grant, New Era, one count of malicious destruction of property less than $200 was dismissed Dec. 17.

– Rachael Clare Hermann, 41, 12831 Long Branch Rd., Moores Hills, Indiana, one count of open intoxicants was dismissed Dec. 4.

– Michael James Stratton, 19, of 8930 E. Loop Rd., Hesperia, one count of domestic violence was dismissed Dec. 5.

– Lisa Marie Gillespie, 40, of 409 E. Church St., Hart, one count of domestic violence was dismissed Dec. 4.
