HART – The following were arraigned recently in 78th District Court:

Misdemeanors

– Cristy Ann Pider, 37, of 312 Johnson St., Hart; Oceana County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO); operating while intoxicated (OWI), unlawful license plate and operating without insurance. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Jan. 9 at 10:15 a.m.

– Patrick James Hooyman, 28, of 305 E. Ludington Ave., Ludington; OCSO; OWI. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Jan. 9 at 2:15 p.m.

– Brandon Robert Splane, 18, of 96 Ferry St., Shelby; Hart Police Department (HPD); domestic violence. Bail: $2,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Jan. 9 at 11:15 a.m.

– Laura Jo Hoag, 50, of 7253 Crestwood Ave., Jenison; OCSO; OWI. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Jan. 9 at 10:45 a.m.

– Lisa Marie Gillespie, 40, of 409 E. Church St., Hart; OCSO; domestic violence. Bail: $5,000/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Jan. 9 at 2:15 p.m.

– Benjamin Anthony Kittel, 25, of 1010 S. 42nd Ave., Shelby; Michigan State Police (MSP); OWI. Bail: $3,500/cash/surety/10 percent. Pretrial: Jan. 9 at 1:30 p.m.
