HART – The following were sentenced recently in 78th District Court:

– Eric William Tatro, 24, of 5333 148th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty Nov. 25 of failure to report an accident and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for 37 days served and $450 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS). One count of failure to stop after a collision was dismissed.

– Pedro Luis Gonzalez, 61, of 2326 N. Water Rd., Hart, pleaded “no contest” Nov. 25 to attempted assaulting/resisting/obstructing police and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for two days served and $500 in fines and costs. One count of assaulting/resisting/obstructing police was dismissed. In separate cases, one count of disturbing the peace and one count of operating without a license on person were dismissed.

– Luis Omar-Cortez Ramirez, 21, of 619 Woodlawn Court, Hart, was found guilty Dec. 2 of second-offense operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for three days served; six months probation; outpatient treatment; must submit to testing, searches and counseling as directed by the probation officer; no alcohol/drugs; and $1,830 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Lily Ann Wolkwitz, 18, of 5757 Barcaroft Dr., SW, Wyoming, Michigan, was found guilty Nov. 25 of third-degree retail fraud and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $400 in fines and costs. “May withdraw plea in six months if there are no further problems,” her court file states.

– Jason Robert Derby, 31, of 4629 Martin, Muskegon, pleaded “no contest” Dec. 2 to assault and battery and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for two days served; six months probation; must submit to testing, searches and counseling as directed by the probation officer; no alcohol/drugs; no contact with the victim; and $1,000 in fines and costs. One count of driving while license suspended (DWLS) was dismissed.

– Paul Jeffrey Siedenstrang, 34, of 55 E. Wilke Rd., Rothbury, was found guilty Nov. 25 of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC) and was sentenced to 180 days suspended jail with credit for one day served; outpatient counseling; must forfeit firearm; and $1,340 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of possession of a firearm while under the influence was dismissed.

– Harold James Summerix, 68, of 1841 Nevada St., Muskegon, was found guilty Nov. 25 of operating while intoxicated and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served; outpatient treatment; and $1,190 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of transporting open intoxicants was dismissed.

– Devon Frank Dold, 17, of 1959 Young Rd., Hart, pleaded “no contest” Nov. 25 to intentional threat to commit an act of violence and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for eight days served; six months probation; must submit to testing, searches and counseling as directed by the probation officer; no alcohol/drugs; no contact with the victim; and $190 in fines and costs.

– Dustin Craig Hill, 32, of 2674 Blair Ave., New Era, was found guilty Nov. 26 of malicious destruction of property less than $200 and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail and $198 in fines and costs.

– Jose Alfredo Cintura, Jr., 24, of 7390 N. 160th Ave., Walkerville, was found guilty Nov. 25 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $450 in fines and costs.

– Tara Johannah Achterhoff, 25, of 8563 Robinhood Dr., Montague, was found guilty Nov. 25 of operating without security and was sentenced to one year suspended jail with credit for one day served and $450 in fines and costs. One count of failure to display a valid license was dismissed.

– Nancy Mayte Ramirez, 33, of 263 W. 6th St., Shelby, was found guilty Dec. 2 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to $125 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Dekota Raymond Edwards, 18, of 8879 20th St., Twin Lake, was found guilty Dec. 2 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Charges of operating an ORV in a closed area and driving while license not valid in a separate case were dismissed.

– Austin Clay Vandygriff, 24, of 1464 Oaklea, Muskegon, was found guilty Dec. 2 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $365 in fines and costs. Charges of improper use of a dealer plate and transporting open intoxicants were dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Jonathan Edward Waldeck, 49, of 7140 S. Westshore Dr., Rothbury, was found guilty Dec. 2 of unlawful license plates and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for two days served and $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Charges of DWLS and operating without insurance were dismissed.

– Tammy Lynn Berry, 44, of 6424 N. 96th Ave., Hart, was found guilty Nov. 18 of lying to a police officer and was sentenced Dec. 2 to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $400 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Charges of embezzlement and analogues possession were dismissed.

– Noel Trevino, 40, of 3300 S. Foster St., Shelby, was found guilty Dec. 2 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for three days served and $1,190 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. Charges of disturbing the peace, DWLS and operating while intoxicated were dismissed.

– Dylan Grae Smith, 26, of 5839 W. 5th St., Mears, was found guilty Dec. 2 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to 93 days suspended jail with credit for one day served; Alcohol Highway Safety Education (AHSE); and $1,090 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating while intoxicated was dismissed.

– Samuel Raymond Siedenstrang, 27, of 2962 W. Skeels Rd., Montague, was found guilty Dec. 3 of unlawful license plates and was sentenced to $225 in fines and costs.

– Maritza Lopez, 40, of 430 Harvey St., Shelby, was found guilty Dec. 3 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served and a $75 fine. Charges of operating without insurance, DWLS and unlawful license plates were dismissed.

– Daniel Edward Maus, 57, of 2580 White Lake Dr., Whitehall, was found guilty Dec. 3 of consuming alcohol on a highway and was sentenced to $275 in fines and costs. One count of open intoxicants was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Jesse Shane Lopez, 38, of 855 Turner St., Muskegon, was found guilty Dec. 3 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for two days served and $290 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.

– Travis Cody Rivera, 31, of 112 S. Peach Ave., Hart, was found guilty Nov. 14 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail and $290 in fines and costs. One count of driving while license not valid was dismissed.

– Steffon Jamal Jackson, 31, of 607 W. Water Rd., Hart, was found guilty Nov. 13 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $290 in fines and costs. One count of operating without insurance was dismissed.

– Josue Morales, 19, of 1731 E. Minke Rd., Hart, was found guilty Nov. 18 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to $375 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– David Scott Stanley, 48, of 3893 E. Yonker Rd., Hesperia, was found guilty Nov. 18 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for two days served and $350 in fines and costs. One count of DWLS was dismissed. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Deisy Oneida Herebia, 37, of 907 N. 136th Ave., Hart, was found guilty Nov. 18 of allowing a person to drive in violation and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail with credit for one day served and $340 in fines and costs.

– Albina Guad Saavedra-Dominguez, 30, of 211 Wood St., Hart, was found guilty Nov. 18 of driving while license not valid and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Terry Michael Rezny, 48, of 6361 W. Cleveland Rd., Montague, was found guilty Nov. 18 of hunting/fishing — failure to exhibit tag and was sentenced to 90 days suspended jail and $350 in fines and costs.

– Robert Jay Tanis, 52, of 7981 Hill St., Montague, was found guilty Nov. 18 of excessive deer bait and was sentenced to 30 days suspended jail and $325 in fines and costs.

– Ted Jay Tanis, Jr., 52, of 1780 S. 176th Ave., Hesperia, was found guilty Nov. 26 of uncased firearm in vehicle and was sentenced to $400 in fines and costs.

– Robert Dennis Dabakey, 65, of 1655 Federal Ave., Wyoming, Michigan, was found guilty Nov. 26 of name/address not permanently attached and was sentenced to $225 in fines and costs.

– Tyler Joseph Blohm, 26, of 9112 S. 56th Ave., Montague, was found guilty Nov. 26 of excessive deer bait and was sentenced to $300 in fines and costs.

Dismissals

– William Earl Tarrant, 20, of 508 Griswold St., Hart, one count of felonious assault was dismissed Nov. 18. “Defendant is probably incompetent and not able to be made competent. He is a long-term resident of adult foster care due to limited ability.”

– Angela Nicole Bowersox, 26, of 119 E. Middle St., Williamson, Michigan, one count of disturbing the peace was dismissed Dec. 3. “Completed delay of sentence order.”

– Kimberly Kay Martin, 56, of 1184 198th Ave., Walkerville, one count of operating without insurance was dismissed Nov. 14.

– Kyle James Stumbo, 20, of 1847 Rank Rd., Grass Lake, Michigan, one count of malicious destruction of property was dismissed Nov. 25.

– Damon Paul Ellis, 41, of 7343 Holton Duck Lake Rd., Holton, one count of malicious destruction of property less than $200 was dismissed Nov. 25.

– Dakota Michael Lewis, 19, of 6431 S. Oceana Dr., Rothbury, one count of operating without insurance was dismissed Nov. 21.
